The Neuadd Cottages, Llangattock
The Neuadd is a superbly renovated 17th-century barn conversion which enjoys the most rural location, yet is only a 5 minute drive from all the amenities. Situated in the lee of the Langattock Mountain, the Neuadd commands spectacular caserly views over the stunning Usk Valley to the Sugar Loaf and Black Mountains. The surrounding countryside of the Brecon Beacons National Park is some of the most impressive in Wales and provides superb riding, walking, fishing, and climbing opportunities.
The Neuadd is made up of eight separate cottages and apartments, set around an attractive cobbled courtyard; each representing the highest standards of comfort and luxury, whilst retaining an abundance of original features such as exposed stone walls, oak beams and original windows. There is a large car parking area and a separate lawned area where you can either sit peacefully and take in the magnificent views, or perhaps take in a game of boules.
The Neuadd also offers bed and breakfast accomomodation in two fully refurbished suites –
Courtyard Suite was fully refurbished in april 2018 and enjoys a spacious living/dining room, adjoining bedroom, Kingsized Bed and ensuite shower-room. The suite opens directly onto the guest courtyard area with it’s outstanding views and garden furniture. There is ample space for outdoor kit as well as access to an onsite laundry, drying room and guest garden. For those with ease of access in mind the suite has a level entry and a walk-in shower.

With it’s high ceilings, natural light and mid-century ambience Loft Suite is an uplifting space that used to be a pilates studio. Loft Suite enjoys a spacious living/bedroom with Kingsized Bed, adjoining dining area and ensuite bathroom with shower over bath. There are views into meadows and towards Llangattock Mountain. Accessed via a short staircase (the entrance lobby is shared with a neighbouring one bedroomed holiday apartment).
