Crickhowell Open Studios 2024

Free entry to numerous venues showing a wonderful variety of art including paintings, printmaking, textiles, sculpture, jewellery, and ceramics and glass presents the perfect excuse to visit Crickhowell during the Spring Bank Weekend 25 - 27 May 2024 for the popular Crickhowell Open Studio weekend.

The oriel CRiC gallery’s Open Art exhibition has become one of the weekend’s highlights which  is much anticipated. As number one in the guide to the Studios and exhibitions, it is the perfect starting point for a wonderful weekend filled with art while exploring, not only all that Crickhowell has to offer, but also the surrounding area.

Visitors can explore and discover the joy of collecting affordable art created by more than 300 artists in Studios, galleries and pop-up artist collectives in unusual spaces across the area.   The venues are very varied: in an artist's home or work room, in purpose made studios, with some in cafes, churches and galleries. The beauty of visiting several studios is that each is unique, with its own charm - you're sure to have a warm welcome and to come away feeling inspired, taking home a token of your visit or having signed up to a workshop or class.  Free printed guides will be widely available in shops, galleries, libraries and tourist information centres across the area or from the Crickhowell Resource & Information Centre, CRiC, Beaufort Street, Crickhowell, NP8 1BN T: 01873 813667 Copies can be requested from: gallery@visitcrickhowell.wales
