Located on the edge of Llanspyddid, just 1 mile from the historic market town of Brecon, and close to Crickhowell, Talgarth and Hay-on -Wye ARCH COTTAGE  is an old stable and cart house converted into a self catering holiday cottage using traditional building methods, with added modern comforts. Inside there are oak beams and stone walls. Equipped with Wifi and a Smart TV, relax in the evening by the wood burning stove. The cottage is perfect for a couple wishing to enjoy the wonderful walks and outdoor activities that the area has to offer. 

The cottage sleeps up to 3 people in two beddrooms on the first floor.  Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 has a 4ft double bed and there is a bathroom with shower.  The ground floor kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.  

The cottage is ideal for a romantic break or walking holiday and there is ample parking .
