Walking & Hiking
From guided walks to strolls along the River Usk or sections of the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal there is a walk or hike for everyone in and around Crickhowell. CRiC organises an annual walking festival which takes place at the beginning of March, and other local walking festivals during the year include Talgarth, Kington and Chepstow.
Pop into CRiC for a wide variety of walking books, pamphlets and OS maps. The local Walkers are Welcome groups have produced a series of walks booklets "Cracking Walks - easy & moderate, energetic and strenuous, history and Bluebell woods. Plan ahead and buy your walks books before you visit.
