| About | I am lucky enough to live and work in close proximity to both glorious Welsh beaches and the beautiful Brecon Beacons. I am surrounded by natural beauty, inspiring scenery and an abundance of raw materials for my work as a sculpture artist. My designs are made from driftwood found while walking my dog along our wonderful shorelines. I also use reclaimed materials from salvage yards, old workshops and even the odd skip! These include everything from reclaimed Welsh roofing slate and rusty ironmongery to natural finds such as hazelnut shells, dried Brecon Beacons heather and Welsh wool. My aim is to capture the idyllic and romantic image of traditional coastal and rural Welsh scenes which you could almost step into. |
