CRiC is a registered charity and aims to  provide information to visitors, support local businesses and serve the local community.  It operates with volunteers, a small part time staff team and a Board of trustees.  The accessible purpose built centre with visitor information and coffee bar downstairs and meeting rooms and art gallery on the first floor is open year-round 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).  Volunteer shifts are usually 10am til 1.30pm and 1.30pm til 5pm
